Solid stay for solo adventurers

The room was spacious, the bathroom had all the essential amenities to make you more than just comfortable. The small finishing touches make the world of difference in a hotel, and these were great.

Wasn't cheap, but it was still acceptable.

The check-in process could use a revamp!!! It took far too long, and the shuttle service was misleading about its efficiency!!! Noise disturbances from events can ruin the comfort, along with overpriced food and parking!!!

My stay was a breeze! The location is perfect for getting to the airport, super clean, and the shower was amazing. Loved the spacious room! the free shuttle made my travel stress-free.

Great staff and delicious breakfast. Wi-Fi was slow during peak hours.

the stay was cool, everything went smooth. room was super quiet n comfy, i slept like a baby. staff was friendly n helpful at every step. transport links to heathrow were pretty frequent. dinner was still open late, which was great since i arrived kinda late.

only thing was, check-in took a bit of time since there was only one person at the front desk. would have liked a robe in the room too.

Solo traveler’s good experience

The staff are wonderful, polite, kind, nothing is too much trouble. The lobby manager came out to take my luggage as I arrived off the bus, and I didn’t even have to struggle with my bags in the lift.

It wasn’t exactly inexpensive but for what you get it’s acceptable.

i had a great stay at radisson! the room was super cozy, and the bed was really comfortable. I loved the spa. it was a nice retreat with a sauna and steam room, perfect for relaxing after a long journey. plus, it's very close to terminal 3, which made my early flight the next day stress-free. the staff were friendly and welcoming, making the whole experience enjoyable.

The hotel had spacious rooms and helpful staff, making the stay enjoyable. However, the noise from nearby traffic and unresponsive air conditioning were drawbacks. A lot of potential, but a few improvements needed.

The public spaces exude classic Edwardian charm with ornate details, making it a lovely backdrop for any occasion. The ample room for maneuverability enhanced my experience, making navigating accessible for everyone.

More seating in public areas would be nice.

I found the nearby Steak & Lobster restaurant just a few steps away, perfect for a tasty dinner after a day of exploring, and the Lake Farm Country Park, only about 3.5 km away, offered a lovely spot for a peaceful walk amidst nature, making my stay enjoyable and convenient. the hotel had comfortable and adequate facilities that suited my needs as a solo traveler.

We had a comfortable stay with our kids, enjoying the spacious bathroom and great facilities. The kids loved the nearby play areas, and the friendly staff made everything easier for our family, just like the large parking area that offered easy access to the hotel.

My kids wished there was a kids' activity area to keep them entertained during our stay.
